SLB800M is a basic all mechanical machine – a simple maintenance free workhorse for building/general wire stranding up to 16 sq mm. Also used for Cat 5 laying up. No sliprings or brushes
SLB800E or D are the electronic tension (E) and electronic lay (D) versions for finer wire where more delicate tension control is needed, or for data cable laying up/jobbing operations where taping and binding units can be added.
Heavy duty 1 metre (42") buncher rated at up to 2800 twists/min.
Universally popular 1250mm (54") machine with installations in all of the major cablemaking plants from Japan to USA, Finland to Australia !
Used for stranding, often with compaction and can handle up to 95 sq mm (4/0 AWG) product, but also for laying up mains cable up to 25mm diameter
Unique 1600/1800(72") machine for large copper or aluminium power cable with/without compaction and a capacity up to 150 sq mm product.
